To join Mainroad’s Professional Services team, we are looking for candidates to take over the following responsibilities and tasks:

 IT Process Consultant (ITIL) – Lisbon – Ref.ª MR_PS_03/2005 (M/F)

Responsabilities:

• Consulting in Information Technology (IT) Service Management according the best ITIL practices;
• Integrate and/or lead projects implementing solutions in accordance with ITIL at the Customers;
• Support the development of complex technical solutions;
• Review, adapt, and implement service management, support, and availability processes based on the best ITIL practices;
• Align IT services with the CustomersÕ current and future needs;
• Manage and recommend programs for service improvement;
• Participate in interactions with Customers, pre-sales, sales, and preparing proposals;

Requirements:

• Associate/Bachelor's degree, preferentially in Engineering;
• Professional experience in the implementation, management, and support of IT/IS solutions;
• Previous experience in consulting projects (preferential) and in quality projects (preferential);
• Deep knowledge of IT infrastructure management and, preferentially, certification in ITIL Service Management;
• Communication and interpersonal relationship skills;
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.

 Enterprise Management Consultant – Lisbon/Oporto – Ref.ª MR_PS_04/2005 (M/F)

Responsibilities:

• Implement and administer IT infrastructure management tools for Customers;
• Participate in the implementation and/or management of projects in IT infrastructure - Enterprise Management;
• Support the development of Enterprise Management solutions;
• Participate in interactions with Customers, pre-sales, sales, and preparation of proposals;

Requirements:

• Associate/Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or similar;
• Three years professional experience in the implementation and administration of IT infrastructure management tools;
• Solid knowledge and preferential certification within the framework of CA - Unicenter management and/or HP Open View;
• Knowledge of the best ITIL practices;
• Fluent in the concepts associated with IT equipment management: RMON, SNMP, MIB-II;
• Programming knowledge: Perl, PHP, C, and Unix Network Programming;
• Communication and interpersonal relationship skills;
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
