Mainroad receives certification for the ISSO 9001:2008 Management System

Mainroad, leader in high availability and continuity solutions and services for businesses, announces that, after the carrying out of an external audit, it received the Quality Management System Certification (SGQ) in accordance with the NP EN ISO 9001:2008 standard, without any Corrective Action Request (CAR).
This certification recognizes, for the sixth consecutive year, the efficiency of the Mainroad Quality Management System and the quality of the services and solutions provided by the company.
The audit carried out checked whether the Management System complied with the requirements of the standard of reference, if they were implemented and maintained effectively and, simultaneously confirmed its efficiency in complying with the objectives and realization of the company policy.
According to Raquel Ladeira, Head of Quality at Mainroad, “renewing the Quality Management Systems Certification for the sixth consecutive year demonstrates the dedication of the entire Mainroad team which works to comply with and exceed the objectives set. This certification proves that Mainroad is completely focused on providing services and solutions which answer to the needs and expectations of our clients.”

The Mainroad audit was carried out by SGS Portugal, which is part of the SGS Group – Société Générale de Surveillance S.A, the largest organization in the world in terms of inspection, verification, analysis and certification.
